1. Service description

TUMAN VPN is a service for protecting your internet connection. We provide encrypted access to the internet via servers in several countries.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use TUMAN VPN for:

• Sending spam or malware
• DDoS attacks and port scanning
• Distributing illegal content
• Torrent downloads (BitTorrent is blocked)

3. Payment and refunds

Subscription activates immediately after payment. Trial period — 3 days free (once per account). Refunds are available within 24 hours of payment through support.

4. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. In case of prolonged outages we compensate downtime days.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to block accounts for violation of these terms without refund.
