01General provisions

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between TUMAN VPN (the “Service”) and any person using the Service (the “User”).

By using the Service, the User confirms they have read, understood and agree to these Terms.

1.1. The Service provides VPN access to ensure privacy and security of the internet connection.

1.2. If the User does not agree with the terms — they must stop using the Service.

02Services provided

2.1. The Service provides traffic encryption, IP address masking and routing of traffic through remote servers.

2.2. Functionality depends on the chosen plan.

2.3. The subscription is granted for a specific number of devices.

⚠️ Device limit
The subscription may only be used on the paid number of devices. Sharing keys with third parties is a violation of these Terms and may result in subscription cancellation without refund.

03Acceptable use

3.1. The User undertakes to use the Service only in lawful ways.

3.2. It is forbidden to use the Service for breaking the law, distributing malware, DDoS attacks, sending spam.

📊 Traffic limit
Allowed volume — no more than 100 GB per day per device. On systematic excess the Service may throttle the speed.

04Payment and refunds

4.1. Plan prices may be changed unilaterally.

💳 Refund conditions
Refund is only possible if the service has not been actually used (less than 1 MB of traffic). Payment processor fees are non-refundable.

05Privacy and No-Logs

🔒 No-Logs Policy
We technically do not keep logs of user activity. Your traffic is not analyzed and not stored — this is an architectural decision, not just a promise.

5.2. We collect the minimum necessary data: Telegram ID, registration date, payment history.

5.3. We do not share personal data with third parties.

06Affiliate program

6.1. For each invited user who pays for a subscription, the referrer receives a bonus — +3 days added to their own active subscription.

6.2. The bonus is credited 7 days after the invitee's payment (refund-protection window). Only the invitee's first payment counts.

🚫 Anti-fraud
Bonus is voided in case of inflated referrals, bot use, self-referral or other fraudulent activity. Cash payouts are not currently offered.

07Limitation of liability

7.1. The Service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

7.2. The Service is not responsible for the User's actions on the internet.

7.3. The Service does not guarantee bypassing all types of blocks.

08Changes to terms

8.1. The Service may change the Terms unilaterally.

8.2. Continued use of the Service means agreement with the new version.
